Job Summary

 

If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the setting up the marketing strategies of our product ServEaso.

Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

List of Responsibilities

• Develop      and execute marketing strategies aligned with the overall business      objectives.
• Lead      and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution and analysis.
• Collaborate      with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyse      market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage      social media platforms, enhancing engagement and increasing brand      awareness.
• Track      performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
• Prepare      and manage the marketing budget.
• Organize      and attend promotional events and conferences.

List of Requirements

• Bachelor’s      degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum      of 4 years of experience in a marketing manager role.
• Proven      track record in developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong      analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Excellent      communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity      with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Ability      to lead and inspire a team.
